Strawberry and Almond Smoothie, using Seaweed Boost
A smoothie  is a perfect start to the day . With the added benefits of Seaweed,   a high protein, high fibre, non-animal source of vitamin B12, containing all the essential amino acids you need. It’s a heart healthy, bone building, detox dynamo bursting with iodine and great for skin and hair too!
  • 175ml /glass almond milk
  • Half a banana
  • Half teaspoon Seaspoon Seaweed Boost (2g sachet)
  • 1 heaped teaspoon almond butter (optional)
  • Handful of strawberries

 Blend all ingredients. Serve.

Serves 1
