Delivery Time Expectations

We endeavour to send your order as quickly as possible. It’s our aim to send all orders out within 48 hours from receipt of order. Orders will be sent via royal mail 48. We will contact you if we are unable to deliver your chosen product(s) within 5 working days.

Returns Policy: If any product reaches you in less than perfect condition, please call us to arrange a replacement and return of the product.

Unless otherwise specified, the products described in this website are available only to UK residents (excluding the Channel Islands and Isle of Man). The information on this website is not directed at anyone other than UK residents and applications from others may be subject to additional postage fees. Seaspoon makes no representation that any product referred to on the website is available in other locations. The products contained in this website may not satisfy the laws of any other country and those who choose to access this site from other locations are responsible for compliance with local laws if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

We are happy to offer competitive shipping rates to our International customers. Orders shipping to European or United States addresses will ship via Royal Mail and a shipping rate will be quoted in the shipping stage at checkout. 

Minimum Orders

SeaSpoon has a £8.00 minimum order on all deliveries within the UK (not including delivery). There is a £15.00 minimum order on all international shipments (not including shipping).

Shipping Method

Our standard UK (excluding the Channel Islands and Isle of Man) is 48 hour delivery via Royal Mail at £1.75 for large letters and £2.75 for orders that are parcels. 

Notice to Pet owners

When orders enable us to use our Shore to Door (blue cardboard) delivery boxes, they are designed to fall within GPO large letter classification and to fit through letterboxes. As a food item it is an important responsibility of the person placing an order to ensure the necessary precautions are in place to prevent pets having access to postal deliveries.

For on-line orders we use third party payment methods Shopify, Paypal and Amazon pay.
