As a team of foodies, health enthusiasts and keen cooks we wanted to incorporate the extraordinary benefits of seaweed into our diets but struggled to see how. We embarked on a journey of discovery, fascination and development to harness the vibrancy of this magnificent “Wonderfood” in easy to use ways.

Tim and Kate have been friends since childhood and always shared many interests.
Kate is a trained cordon bleu chef, working in catering for demanding high end clients in London before marrying her husband Guy - of Tracklements (condiment makers) - Kate then worked alongside Guy for a number of years in the family business.
Tim has worked in the property industry for 30 years with various directorships and his own business. It was however his love of the outdoors, exercise and the need for energy that has driven his interest in high impact foods - his mantra "what you put in is what you get out"
