These are delicious flapjacks with a mild taste of seaweed. Flapjacks are quick and easy to make and enjoyed by the whole family . Make a batch next time you are having a picnic and enjoy in the fresh air .
- 125g Butter
- 125g Demerara sugar
- 5 tablespoons Golden Syrup
- 225g Porridge Oats
- 1 teaspoon Seaspoon Seaweed Boost (two 2g sachets)
Preheat oven to 170c. Melt butter and syrup and stir in sugar and heat until the sugar starts to dissolve. Stir in seaweed and oats. Pour into tin lined with baking parchment and cook for 15 mins. Leave in tin for 10 mins then cut into pieces.
