Seaweed Chips, using Seaweed Boost

We all love chips, i like sweet potato chips almost as much ! Quick and easy to make, i don't even  peel the potatoes, its just a matter of cutting into wedges or chips !  With the added sprinkle of Seaspoon Seaweed Boost you don't even need to put salt on the chips.  Delicious with just about anything ! Sprinkle the power of nature into your diet .

  • 1.5 kg Potatoes
  • Drizzle Olive oil
  • Half a teaspoon Seaspoon Seaweed Boost or 2g sachet

Cut the unpeeled potatoes into chips or wedges. Bring to boil in saucepan . Drain and put into hot  roasting tin, drizzle with oil and cook for 40 mins at 180c . Sprinkle Seaweed over the top and cook for 5 /10 mins

Serves 4
