- 1.5 kg Potatoes
- Drizzle Olive oil
- Half a teaspoon Seaspoon Seaweed Boost or 2g sachet
Cut the unpeeled potatoes into chips or wedges. Bring to boil in saucepan . Drain and put into hot roasting tin, drizzle with oil and cook for 40 mins at 180c . Sprinkle Seaweed over the top and cook for 5 /10 mins
