RED BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE
Berry and Seaweed breakfast Smoothie
It's the most important meal of the day - and if you apply a bit of thought to your breakfast you can pack it full of nutrition without much ado. This recipe is packed with red berries that are overflowing with goodness, and paired with seaweed you've got a smoothie that's boosted the the moon and back.
(Serves 1 in a large glass, or two medium)
- 1 Banana
- Handful of strawberries
- Handful of blueberries / raspberries
- Handful of fresh kale(tough stalks removed )
- 200ml Coconut milk / water
- Half a teaspoon Seaspoon Seaweed Boost
- 1 teaspoon almond Butter
- Place all ingredients in blender, blend
- Serve and enjoy!
