This is a lovely summer dish, fresh and full of flavour. Although prawns are my favourite seafood, i would eat them any time ! The addition of chilli gives it a bit of heat and the addition of seaweed gives you vitality from the ocean.
- 300g Prawns
- Half teaspoon Seaweed Boost (2g sachet )
- 1 to 2 teaspoons Tracklements Chilli jam (depends how hot you like it )
- Splash Soy sauce
- Pea shoots / rocket to serve with
Heat oiled pan, add prawns and stir for half minute add splash of soy sauce, seaweed and chilli jam. Stir and flash fry for 1 to 2 mins. Serve on top of plate of Pea shoots or rocket.
