
Seaweed is one of, if not the most, nutritious vegetables in the world . It is high in nutrients low in calories. A great source of plant protein and a rare plant source of vitamin B12, (great for vegans and vegetarians). Great for digestive health, has heavy-duty detox properties and contains peptides that help lower blood pressure
- 100 ml Orange juice
- Half teaspoon freshly grated turmeric
- 2 teaspoons ground almonds or 2 teaspoons Plain Yogurt
- I teaspoon runny honey / date nectar
- Half teaspoon Seaspoon Seaweed Boost (or 2g sachet)
Put all ingredients in small glass, stir for half a minute and drink.
