Egg, Avocado, Seaweed and Spinach Salad, using Seaweed Boost

This is an ideal breakfast, brunch or lunch dish.  Healthy and delicious. Sprinkle the power of nature into your diet .

  • 2 eggs
  • Half teaspoon Seaspoon Seaweed Boost
  • Half an avocado
  • Handful spinach
  • 1 slice of toast  

Place hard boiled eggs  (or poached eggs ) on top of toast , avocado and spinach. Sprinkle Seaweed Boost on top. Serve

Serves 1 person
