Perfect as a festive starter or canape, this recipe duo is a quick and easy way to make a splash with your Christmas entertaining!

INGREDIENTS (serves 6)

For the Mackerel & Seaweed Pâté:

For the Smoked Salmon &Seaweed Pâté:

METHOD

  1. Add the ingredients for one of the pâtés to a food processor and mix for 2 mins.
  2. Clean the processor and repeat it with the ingredients for the second pâté.
  3. Sprinkle some extra Seaweed Boost on your finished Makeral Pâté and extra Seaweed Seasoning on your finished Smoked Salmon Pâté.
  4. Serve together on a platter, with crusty bread and a green salad.
