November has been a busy month what with getting ready for attending our first events (the Free From Festival in Bristol on 17 November, and the BBC Good Food Show Winter at The NEC from 29 November for four days).
Whilst all this has been going on, an incredibly important activity has been taking place behind the scenes and we are proud to say that, within just a matter of months of launching, we're SALSA certified!

Written by experienced food safety experts, SALSA is an extremely thorough food safety certification scheme, and it was essential for us to get this bit of paper in order to supply major retailers, here in the UK and abroad.
After a stringent auditor visit, lots of questions, lots of answers and lots of general prodding and poking, we've passed, and will be hanging the certificate in pride of place at Seaspoon HQ.
